The precise identification of Dactylorhiza orchids is often challenging - a number of the country's leading orchid specialists have closely examined the population photographed here between a coastal dune and golf course.
They are part of the Dactylorhiza majalis aggregate
beyond that, the variation is open to interpretation....... So just enjoy their beauty
